He greatly enjoys assisting individuals, groups, businesses, and organizations attain excellence in their personal and professional leadership pursuits. Additionally, Tony has served in ministry for over 27 years. He currently ministers as a Certified Corporate Chaplain to various companies in the Triad providing professional and spiritual employee care.

Richele graduated from Prairie View A&M University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She worked for Baptist Hospital as a young nurse but quickly fell in love with the elderly and disabled adult population. Richele worked in healthcare for 5 years and in 2001 the dream for a home care agency was fulfilled and Caring Hands Home Health was born. From then until now, Richele always says, “There may come a time for a nursing home but until then we want to keep our clients happy at home because we all know…There’s No Place Like Home.”

Graduating from UNC-Greensboro with a degree in Business Information and Support Systems combined with two summers selling door to door created a passion for helping small business to make the most of technology. Barry came to Christ shortly after graduation from college through the efforts of Christian Businessmen’s Committee. He started Total Computer Solutions in 1990 with the conviction that failure was not an option. With 4.3 million in sales and a staff of 25, TCS serves the small and medium sized business market in Central North Carolina.

Debbie Robinson Benton is a Transition Counselor for the S.C.A.L.E. program with Guilford County Schools. She has always aspired to plant seeds of purpose and hope into the lives of youth. She has been doing so for the past 27 years. A personal goal of hers was to open a business that provided services to youth and young adults. This goal became a reality in July 2018 when Seed of H.O.P.E. was birthed. Its mission is divinely put: Helping Other People Excel. Debbie’s relationship with God and the people that he has put on her path, has allowed her to facilitate trainings dealing with transition, understanding purpose and goal setting. She honestly believes that there is “good” to be seen in everyone.

Julius Koonce, Executive Director for the Christians in the Marketplace has been an entrepreneur for over 28 years. Currently, he provides chaplain services for small businesses, and IT solution services. His chaplain service provides moral, team building and spiritual support to companies who desires to have God as part of the team. He also works with and local IT company to provide IT Consultant and Sales support. He is the organizer for the MLK Dream Park and Center in Salisbury, NC. He was appointed to the City of Greensboro Planning Board. Served as the moderator for a city-wide forum for “Y2K Preparedness”. Appointed to serve as Executive Director of Christians in the Marketplace in 2007. Julius was also selected as Business Leaders “Movers & Shakers” Award in 2010! Julius is passionate about transforming the marketplace through marketplace disciples who see their businesses and workplaces as their ministry. He believes that the new mission field is the marketplace. Julius has been married to Tammy Koonce for over 26 years and they have a 19-year-old son named Ephraim who is a rising junior at NC State.
